How Chef Tom makes meals easy

Menu planning

Chef Tom will first consult with you to assess your food tastes and dietary requirements. Together you will determine the frequency of service and schedule your first cooking date. Based on the consultation, he will design a customized menu. Each meal will be approved by you prior to service and can include variations of your choosing.

Grocery Shopping

Chef Tom will shop for the food he will cook for you that day to ensure he is using only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. Shopping is often done at Cleveland West Side Market.

Cooking

Food will be prepared by Chef Tom in your own kitchen at a time convenient to you. Chef Tom does not use your pots, pans, or utensils. They will be brought by him and will leave with him.

Packaging

Meals will be placed in containers of your choosing. Plastic or glass containers will be safe for easy pre-heating. They will be labeled and placed in the refrigerator or freezer, according to your preference, and can be enjoyed at your leisure.

Heating Instructions

Easy-to-follow instructions will be provided to insure that the meals are served at their highest quality.

Clean-up

After he leaves your kitchen, the only sign left of Chef Tom's presence will be the aroma of home cooking. There will be nothing to clean.

Special Occasions

Whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a dinner party for twenty, Chef Tom can make an evening meal memorable. Meals for larger gatherings can also be discussed.

Interactive Cooking Classes

For a unique experience, Chef Tom will create a meal for you and your friends to prepare with his guidance. The meal will include an appetizer, first course, entrée, appropriate side dishes and a dessert of your choosing. Chef Tom will supply all of the food and cooking equipment, plus, if you wish, a fine wine to drink during the class. He will teach you and your friends how to prepare the meal step-by-step. Chef Tom will also provide written recipes and directions for each of your friends to take home. You'll end the event by eating and enjoying the meal you have prepared together.
