Entertaining Made Easy

Entertaining is a cinch when you don't have to worry about the food. Eclectic Private chefs can supply delicious dishes that are sure to garnish many compliments from your guests. We offer many options for entertaining, including weekly meal plans, private dinner parties for up to 20 people, gift certificates, private jet meal service, yacht meal service, interactive cooking classes, limousine service, party planning and gaming services. Other services can be negotiated and the location is up to you. Whatever the occasion, meals by Chef Tom will add that special touch.

Menu planning

Chef Tom will first consult with you to assess your food tastes and dietary requirements. Based on the consultation, he will design a customized menu. Your event will be approved by you prior to service and can include variations of your choosing.

Grocery Shopping

Chef Tom will shop for the food he will cook for you that day to ensure he is using only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality.

Cooking

Cuisine will be prepared by Chef Tom in your own kitchen at a time convenient to you. Chef Tom does not use your pots, pans, or utensils. They will be brought by him and will leave with him.

Interactive Cooking Classes

For a unique experience, Chef Tom will create a meal for you and your friends to prepare with his guidance. The meal will include an appetizer, first course, entrée, appropriate side dishes and a dessert of your choosing. Chef Tom will supply all of the food and cooking equipment, plus, if you wish, a fine wine to drink during the class. He will teach you and your friends how to prepare the meal step-by-step. Chef Tom will also provide written recipes and directions for each of your friends to take home. You'll end the event by eating and enjoying the meal you have prepared together.
