  • Stuffed breast of Chicken Roulade with spinach, dried apricots and mushrooms,Perfumed with cider vinegar
  • Roasted Rack of Lamb with mint aioli
    Seared Prime Fillet of Beef topped with wild mushroom duxelles
  • Braised Smoked Cottage Ham with caramelized pearl onions and sage gravy
  • Truffle mashed potato stuffed Semi-Boneless Quail, broiled, with chive Vouvray sauce
  • Pan seared Tenderloin of Pork with Chervil Cognac cream sauce and golden raisin confit
  • Claw meat stuffed Whole Main lobster with roasted yellow pepper cream sauce
