Meet Chef Tom Thomas E. Haluska is a professional chef with over 15 years of experience. Trained by the Culinary Federation of America and The United States Personal Chef Association, he has honed his flair for fine cooking at several local gourmet restaurants.

He most recently held the position of Production Chef at Elan Catering and Bridges Restaurant at the Gund Arena, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers, and was the Chef De Cuisine at Molinari’s Food & Wine for over five years. He also gained international experience working for Fruiba Fish Corporation in Manuas, Brazil. He has performed cooking demonstrations on the Morning Exchange on WEWS- TV5, and at William Sonoma and the Ohio Wine Festival.

Chef Tom is skilled in many areas, but his talents especially shine when he is planning a menu. His extensive experience in seasonal menu research results in enticing menus that become even more delectable when they come into fruition.
